Looking for the ultimate art sub binder printables and worksheets for elementary or middle school? These templates and editable forms will help you customize a comprehensive substitute binder. I’ve included 178 worksheet pages that are as easy as print, draw, and color. Your substitute teacher doesn’t need to teach anything! And, they only need access to basic art supplies (crayons, markers, and/or colored pencils).
Because this binder includes printable worksheets, there are no long, multi-step lesson plans to trip up your students (or sub)!
Basically, you’ll fill in all the form fields in the PowerPoint doc. Choose from either a color or black and white template. Then, you’ll work with moveable pieces on 3 slides to customize your own art room layout and seating charts. This will help your substitute teacher find what they need (and stay out of what they don’t!)
And lastly, you’ll print out all the handouts and worksheets and file them away in either your binder or file folders. You can turn it into a sub tub!
What is Editable and What is Not Editable?
There are only two things in this entire document that are editable.
- The first is every form field where you type in your specific information. The backgrounds, including all fonts and graphics, are not moveable.
- Slides 14 – 16 contain moveable pieces that are meant for you to design the layout of your art room and create a seating chart. The rest of what’s on these 3 slides – fonts and graphics in the header – are not moveable.
