Color Wheel Worksheets
Are you teaching your students about color theory in art class? Need some color wheel worksheets for quizzes, tests, and classwork? Download these high-quality color wheel handouts. They’re great for art projects and lessons on the element of art called color.
Elementary, Middle School, and High School Color Wheel Activities
You’ll receive a primary color wheel worksheet as well as secondary ones that you can use with any lesson plan of your own.
I have used these blank art worksheets for projects related to tints, shades, and tones, too! If you decide to paint on them, you may want to consider printing them out on cardstock paper. This will ensure durability as your students paint in the areas.
Otherwise, markers, crayons, and colored pencils will work fine on basic white copy paper.
As for the color posters, I definitely recommend printing them on thick paper and laminating them for display. You never know when a flick of paint will get on your art room decor. Best to protect it!
You Will Receive
- 2 versions of color wheels included: with and without color names. Use the blank ones for quizzes and tests and the filled in ones for art lessons.
- 2 printable color wheel worksheets you can use as classroom posters
- Paperless Google Drive digital resource
