Need to prep an emergency art sub binder and need templates to speed your plan along? These editable forms will help you customize your elementary or middle school substitute binder quickly. Nothing is worse than being sick and not being ready!

Essentially, you’ll fill in all the form fields in the PowerPoint doc. Choose from either a color or black and white template. Then, you’ll work with moveable pieces on 3 slides to customize your own art room layout and seating charts. This will help your substitute teacher find what they need (and stay out of what they don’t!)

There are even a couple slides where you can upload pictures of your tech devices. Explain how to use them or mention any quirks they may have.

What is Editable and What is Not Editable?

There are only two things in this entire document that are editable.

1. The first is every form field where you type in your specific information. The backgrounds, including all fonts and graphics, are not moveable.
2. Slides 14 – 16 contain moveable pieces that are meant for you to design the layout of your art room and create a seating chart. The rest of what’s on these 3 slides – fonts and graphics in the header – are not moveable.
