After Winter Break Craft & Writing Prompts Bundle (Grades 1st – 2nd)
My “build a-” after winter break crafts for 1st and 2nd grade make perfect, no prep January printable activities. Each project includes 3 templates that ensure your January bulletin board is unique. Post your after winter break crafts and prompts in the hallway on your first day back to make an engaging seasonal display.

If you’re racing to figure out what project to quickly put up in the hallway for Valentine’s Day, Groundhog Day, or winter, look no further. Students can complete each craft in one class period. And you can use the accompanying writing prompts to post alongside them.
Basically, each child receives a copy of the template. Then, they color everything, cut out the parts, and glue it together. Easy peasy, lemon squeezy!
These after winter break activities for after winter break also come with PowerPoint files which include step-by-step pictures and simply written directions for young children. Use it for either whole group or small group instruction. Or, assign it to students via Google Classroom, Canvas, etc. so they can work independently
