Returns
Due to the nature of the digital resources sold on Glitter Meets Glue, no refunds will be granted.
Unlike physical goods, the items I sell are electronically delivered and therefore once downloaded, they can not be physically returned. Thank you for your understanding. Please note that at the time of checkout, you are required to check off a box agreeing to the terms of use. At that time you are reminded of the following:
- CHECK CART QUANTITIES. Make sure they’re correct. All sales are final.
- TO DOWNLOAD, go to MY ACCOUNT >> DOWNLOADS.
- ZIP FILE TROUBLE? Go to my HELP page. Need more help? Contact me.
- USE A PERSONAL EMAIL ADDRESS. School-issued & incorrect email addresses bounce. You won’t be able to log in to download. Double check your spelling.
- DOWNLOAD FROM YOUR PHONE on cellular, if you’re having trouble.
Exchanges
The only exceptions granted to my return policy include:
- A duplicate purchase of a single item on the same order (you added 2 or more of the same items to you cart accidentally). In this case, the duplicate purchase(s) is the one that will be refunded.
- Back-to-back orders of the same items (the result of hitting the “back” button on your browser during the final checkout process).
- You purchase a single item and want to upgrade to the bundle. In this case, you will first purchase the bundle and then I will refund you for the single item. Email me so we can coordinate this.
- You added a single item to your cart. Then you added the bundle that it’s in and checked out, but you forgot to remove the single item from your cart.
No other exceptions will be granted. If your purchase falls under one of these exceptions listed above, please contact me within 30 days of purchase to request a refund. Be sure to include your order number, full name, and email address you used to make the purchase.
Upon determining that you are entitled to a refund, Glitter Meets Glue will promptly issue a refund. Refunds from payment processors generally take 3 – 5 business days. Glitter Meets Glue does not control its payment processor and will not be able to expedite any refunds.
If you receive a refund, you forfeit any licenses granted to you for the returned items only. To be clear, if you purchased two of the same item accidentally and one of the two items are granted a refund, you may only use the one licensed product in your instruction; the returned license can not be passed on to another teacher.
