Why Design a Virtual Art Show?
Creating an annual art show allows children and their families an opportunity to see student artwork in a highly public place. It gives students a chance to discuss the ideas behind their art. And, it teaches them they are just one part of a shared Arts experience.
If your school is not able to have an in-person event, hosting one online is a great alternative. These virtual art show templates will help you design a memorable event for your school and local community.

This was an absolutely AMAZING resource that I will be using every year! I teach at three schools and the idea of hosting a full-fledged art show for each school is overwhelming. This resource helped me streamline the process and seamlessly include all three schools into one virtual show!

I have been putting up an art show for 35 years now. There is a lot of work involved with an in person exhibit and I spend all year preparing for the show. This year I could not do an in person show, so I needed to figure out how to do an art show that would be virtual. When I saw the offer to purchase ……Virtual Art Show Templates: Online School Art Exhibit for Distance Learning By Glitter Meets Glue I thought that I would try it. I am not good with technology, so I worried that I would not be able to do it. I was wrong. This was very easy to use and I am loving the outcome. I can’t wait to share it with my students and their parents. I would recommend this to everyone.

The templates were beautiful but I was disappointed when I realized that the frames had wobbly sides and therefore pictures would not fit in them without white space. I though I could correct this by sending the pics to the back but it did not work. * This product has since been updated. The new slides allow for the pictures to be send back in order to fit the frames. It works great! Thank you.

This resource helped me immensely in creating a school wide virtual art show. We had planned to have an art show at the end of a two week art unit at our school. We were unable to have one in person because of the COVID-19 pandemic. After taking photos of the art work it was easy to upload into the template. My only suggestion would be to enable the user to delete elements not needed (i.e; name/grade). On most slides I only needed one name. I would also would have liked to change the size of some of the frames to fit my photo. Instead I had to size my photo and if too small add a solid background to make it work. Even with that extra work I would use this resource again! Our families LOVED the slide show and were impressed with the professional look.

At my school district adults are not allowed in the building so that means no art show or concerts. I was dreading coming up with a slide show that looks good and would function as an online art show. This is ready to go, has in-depth directions for teachers, and looks AMAZING. This saved me so much time and I’m excited to use this!
